This is an editing kind of service. A team of seeming to be experienced editors work on your paper to be edited as good as possible. There are home, about, prices, frequently asked questions and testimonials sections on the panel to the left of the main page. The design is a bit too simple, in my opinion. At least it is easy to navigate. You will not get lost for sure looking it through.
Policy of price
The service offers two levels of editing to choose from and gives the price for each. There is a price for proofread option and for full copy edit option. There is no discount system though. In case, and the service does admit that it might happen that the customer is unsatisfied with the result, the service claims it is going to be working until the customer is satisfied but as far as I understand there is no money back guarantee.
Advantages
There are testimonials therefore it is possible to leave a feedback as well after you applied for help and remained satisfied with the result or on the contrary.
Disadvantages
There is no order details. For example, I made a decision to make an order but I cannot see how I could possibly do that and how to make a payment for the chosen service.
Quality of paper
According to the testimonials, the quality of work is satisfying. Though, when I was trying to reach the service, to contact anyone from there and apply for help, – I failed so I was unable to check this service out.
Conclusion
The site looks okay. There is no need to modify its design. It seems to really offer help. It has issues with contacting the service though. I would also add a discount system for attracting clients. I would put it softly though so it was not looking like pressing and pushing on the customer. This is an impression I have got usually especially when it says something like only here or only today and you visit the site every month and the day of a special proposition is today again, every month, any day…
